Professor Hualin Xie, Doctor, professor,doctoral supervisor, post-doctoral cooperation supervisor, candidate of National Key Talent Project，one of Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions, Dean of Institute of Ecological Civilization, adjunct director of Collaborative Innovation Center of Jiangxi Ecological Civilization System Construction, was born in August 1979 in Lianhua County, Jiangxi Province and enjoys special allowance of the State Council. Professor Xie has published over 100 academic papers in journals such as  “Land Use Policy”, “Energy Policy”, “Journal of Cleaner Production”, “Ecological Indicator”, “Journal of Rural Studies”, “Journal of Environmental Management”, “Journal of Geographical Sciences”, “Acta Geographica Sinica”,“Journal of Natural Resources”, among which over 30 papers are included in SCI/SSCI. Received provincial and ministerial first prize for once and second prize for twice, Professor Xie has published 9 academic monographs. Professor Xie has implemented one key project of National Social Science Fund of China and four projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China. Research direction: Resources and Environment Policy, Land Economy and Management.
